Keyboard shortcuts

Some of the controls have keyboard shortcuts. They are listed below.

• left/right: moves both genomes to the left or the right

• up/down: moves the top/bottom genomes in opposite directions (“rotating the view”)

• f: toggle fine control on or off

• +/-: zoom in/out

• =: set view back to the default

• 0: zoom to base-pair view

• (shift and) 1-9: save/load temporary views

• q or p: when viewing genomes, return to main menu

• r: when in the main menu, return to viewing genomes
